A “Bourgeois” Christian Longs for a Unifying Gospel

When was the last time you laughed for the sheer joy of your salvation? People are not attracted to somber doctrines. There is no persuasive power in a gloomy and morbid religion. Let the world see your joy and you won't be able to keep them away. To be filled with God is to be filled with joy. -Anonymous

TWW  believes in maintaining an open forum, even when we seriously disagree with a particular comment or contributor. We believe that many churches try to control communication by making false claims of gossip or heresy. We have lost readers who disagree with our policy of allowing comments from all perspectives, even atheists.

The Fall of CJ Mahaney: More Documents and Dissonance

"It is not our part to master all the tides of the world, but to do what is in us for the succour of those years wherein we are set, uprooting the evil in the fields that we know, so that those who live after may have clean earth to till. What weather they shall have is not ours to rule".The Lord of the Rings Gandalf, Chapter 'The Last Debate'.

On Friday, she will be graduating from Samford University with her degree in nursing and will embark on a career as an Emergency Room nurse. CHRIST IS RISEN!   Jesus. He, Who was there at the Beginning, came to Earth, a seemingly insignificant planet located in the Orion Spur off the Perseus Arm in the Milky Way galaxy.  Yet, this planet was particularly blessed for this place was the home of those created in the image of the Creator. It is one of the best places in the world to photograph the stars and is also the location of Teide Observatories, considered to be one of the world´s best observatories. You will see stunning views of the Milky Way.

The years of “name it and claim it” are taking their toll. Joel Osteen, here is your legacy. Ed Young Jr., here is the result of giving to get. “If you confess it, you must possess it”. (Didn’t know that meant the football). If we throw some prayers in His direction, we’ll catch the ball. God must be gratified that we are condescending to tell Him what we need and when we need it so He can put it on His calendar.   Let’s see what one of America's deep theologians, Stevie Johnson, Wide Receiver for the Buffalo Bills, has to say about God and His grand mistake this weekend in a game against the Philadelphia Steelers.   Take a look at the play (Updated  9PM 11/30 with new video)   Here is what he tweeted after the game as posted on TMZ.com.     I PRAISE YOU 24/7!!!!!! AND THIS IS HOW YOU DO Continue reading →
